Return Policy

Returns & Refunds.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Prior to submitting a return, please Contact Us regarding your order and we will send a reply email with RMA information and a mailing address.

Upon returning your item 

Please include your RMA slip with your return! Once your return is received, it is inspected and processed by our Team within 48 hours.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund and it will be credited back through PayPal within 48 hours of receiving your return to the same account your purchase was originally paid from.
